What we do

Tyre lifecycle management. Pressure and temperature monitored continuously from sensors, with alerts before a failure rather than after, tread depth logged at inspection with wear rate projected per position so replacement is planned rather than emergency, and every casing tracked individually from purchase through retreads to disposal so retread value is captured. Cost per kilometre calculated per tyre brand and position, which tells the fleet what to actually buy. Roadside events logged against cause so the pattern is visible.

Who we built it for

Commercial fleets of 20 to 2,000 vehicles: trucking, delivery, bus, waste, utility and municipal fleets. The buyer is a fleet or maintenance manager.

The problem

Tyres are typically the third largest operating cost after fuel and labour, and almost no fleet manages them properly.

Under-inflation burns fuel and destroys casings, tread is checked when someone remembers, blowouts cause roadside callouts costing 800 dollars and hours of downtime, and retreadable casings are scrapped because nobody tracked them.

It is a large, measurable, entirely manageable cost being managed by nothing.
